Realign and gently restore your body after the birth with exercises specifically designed to support the postpartum body as it heals. The postpartum binder is used in the first two weeks of the program.
Recovering from the birth of your baby can be frustrating and seemingly complicated with conflicting information out there. This recovery program was designed by an experienced fitness and Pilates instructor who is also a birth and postpartum doula. The exercises are designed to gradually restore your body safely and gently taking into consideration C-Sections, Diastasis Recti and Pubic Bone separation.
